Run your limo business from one screen.
RydGenie gives limousine and private-car operators one system for quoting, booking, dispatching and billing.
It replaces the rate sheet, the spreadsheet, the group text and the paper calendar.

Every trip on one board, conflicts caught before they happen
Filter the day by status, driver, vehicle or billing state. Assign a car and a driver in one move. When a booking would double-book either of them, the board says so while there is still time to fix it — not when the passenger calls.
Live driver tracking
Follow every vehicle while its driver is on shift, and give passengers an arrival time you can stand behind rather than a guess.
See the fleet classesFleet and pricing
Set each vehicle's transfer and hourly rates, deadhead and blackout dates once. Quotes price themselves from that configuration.
See pricingDriver payouts
Pay by trip, hour or percentage against the same records dispatch already keeps, so nobody reconciles a shift by hand on Monday.
Talk to usOne set of numbers, from the first quote to the final invoice
Most billing disputes start as a re-typed figure. Each document here is built from the one before it, so there is only ever one version of the price.
Quote
Enter the trip. The engine prices it against your own rate sheet — transfer or hourly, deadhead, gratuity, tolls — and itemises every line.
Contract
The accepted quote becomes the contract, with the same numbers and your terms attached. Nothing is re-typed, so nothing drifts.
Invoice
Bill the completed trip against the contract. Changes on the day carry through instead of turning into an argument later.

Tell us what you run. We'll tell you if this fits.
Pricing is published, so there is nothing to negotiate for. Send us your fleet size and monthly ride volume and we will point you at the right plan — or say plainly if RydGenie is not the right fit yet.
